Conveyancing solicitors by location

Which firms can act on your mortgage is decided by your lender’s panel, not by the postcode. Name the lender first, then the place, and the search covers both.

All 3,001 locations, A to Z

Every town, city, borough and village this site covers in England and Wales. Pick a letter for the full list behind it.

Why the lender comes before the postcode

A firm that is not on your lender’s panel cannot act for the lender on your mortgage. Where that happens the lender instructs its own solicitor separately and the borrower is normally asked to cover both sets of costs, so panel membership is worth establishing before you instruct rather than afterwards.

We hold no firm data and we list no firms on these pages. Results are produced by LenderPanel.com and show a selection of firms working with a lender’s instructions, not that lender’s full approved panel. Lenders may apply their own administration charges, which sit outside any legal fee a firm quotes.

We do not act in conveyancing transactions and we do not hold ourselves out as a panel manager for any lender. No mortgage lender named anywhere on this site has endorsed Lender Monitor, appointed it, or taken any ownership interest in it; lender names identify the lender concerned and nothing more. Firm results are produced by LenderPanel.com.
