Metro Bank : Where to send a Certificate of Title

Hardly a week goes by where we do not receive enquiries as to where a firm should send certificate of title for Metro Bank

The CML Handbook for Metro Bank in England and Wales Section 4.5 specifically deals with this and states:

mortgagecompletions@metrobank.plc.uk.
A minimum of 5 working days notice must be provided to Metro Bank to submit a certificate of title. If it is submitted before this timeframe, it will be rejected.
