Metro Bank : Where to send a Certificate of Title

On a daily basis we get asked where a solicitor should send certificate of title for Metro Bank

The Council of Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook for Metro Bank in England and Wales Paragraph 4.5 specifically deals with this specifying:

mortgagecompletions@metrobank.plc.uk.
A minimum of 5 working days notice must be provided to Metro Bank to submit a certificate of title. If it is submitted before this timeframe, it will be rejected.
