Kensington Mortgage : Where to send a Certificate of Title

Every week we receive enquiries as to where a conveyancing practice should send certificate of title for Kensington Mortgage

The Council of Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook for Kensington Mortgage in England and Wales Paragraph 4.5 specifically deals with this and states:

The original certificate of title is required to be sent to : Kensington Mortgage Company Ltd, New Business Operations Centre,
2nd Floor, Marlow International, Parkway, Marlow, SL7 1YL.
