E.12 How is the mortgage advance paid (including any details of any standard deductions)?

Either electronically or by cheque at the request of the conveyancer - in either case, 5 days notice is required.

Standard deductions include £20 if paid electronically; Higher lending charge if appropriate.

In addition to any other documents specified in these instructions, the following must be sent to the Society after completion:-

o Title Information Document (TID) confirming the Society's charge has been registered;

o Any notice of assignment;

o Any personal guarantee documentation;

o Certified copies of any Powers of Attorney;

o For shared ownership, copies of lease and consents from landlord;

o Any Indemnity Insurance Policies (as applicable);

o Any other documents specifically requested as detailed in the mortgage offer
