What is LENDERmonitor?
The only service which tracks changes to Lenders’ policies as they happen under both the CML and BSA. Subscribers are sent e-mail notifications highlighting changes, comparing the original and new requirements so they are quick and simple to understand.
Both regulators and insurers have indicated that best practice would include using our Lender Policy Search tool to check for changes by Lender over a specified date range. This identifies any changes to a lender's requirements since the initial review of the paperwork.
