LENDERmonitor

The LENDERmonitor suite of products from Conveycentric have been specifically developed to mitigate risk within conveyancing. Uniquely tracking, analysing and identifying all of the published individual Part 2 lender requirements under the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and Special Requirements under the Buildings Society Association (BSA)

There are a number of products provided by LENDERmonitor that include:

LM04 Lender Policy Search

The LM04 Lender Policy Search, brought to you by Landmark Information Group, allows you to establish if there have been any changes to a lender’s policy over a specified date range. Typically, an LM04 Search should be carried out just prior to the request to draw down funds and will cover the period from when the documentation on the transaction was first reviewed. This is usually about 2 to 3 months but is limited to 6 months – which corresponds to the limit imposed on a mortgage offer.

If changes to the lender's requirements have occurred during the period, the Search will highlight the original and new text within the relevant sections of the Policy. Conversely if no changes have occurred the Search results will reflect this.

A short while after you submit the search request, the results will be returned to you via email in PDF format.

The LM04 Search is currently offered at the introductory price of £3.00 plus VAT per search, invoiced by Landmark Information Group or your search provider.

Litigation Data Support

A crucial service in a litigious circumstance. LENDERmonitor is able to offer evidence of historical Part 2 documentation for both Lenders and Conveyancers. Please contact Conveycentric Support for further information.

Lender Digest

A periodical collection of data and analysis, designed to inform Lenders on trends and emerging issues relating to recent changes.

Notification Service

LENDERmonitor also offers a premium service which provides email notification of Lenders’ changes to you and any additional allocated users within your Firm. This is an annual subscription service that can be paid monthly at a cost of £150.00 + VAT per month per firm.

Web Based Search

A legacy service that is provided to certain subscribers allowing for Lender changes to be searched and viewed online.
