LENDERmonitor is a product of the Conveycentric Group. Conveycentric was founded in 2008 to provide secure risk management solutions to the UK conveyancing sector.

In October 2010 the Council of Mortgage Lenders began promoting the use of the LM04 Lender Policy Search on every transaction.

In January 2011 Landmark Information Group became sole distributers for the LM04 Lender Policy Search across the UK.

Product Overview

LENDERmonitor’s proprietary software systems have been developed in-house and LENDERmonitor is the only service to automatically track and notify changes to lenders’ individual policies.

The service is a web application which means it can be accessed from any web browser and provides an invaluable risk management tool allowing your business to quickly and accurately assess any potential risk in any transaction they are involved in.

Solid Foundations

LENDERmonitor is one of a number of services developed by Conveycentric bringing together a team of experts from the Law, IT and Risk Management. It is currently estimated that over one third of all negligence claims against lawyers are in the field of Conveyancing and this may be set to rise as repossessions increase. As the commercial requirements for Conveyancing to be further commoditised continue, the need for credible but easy to use Risk Management systems is essential.
